Its my love of the carniceria store paintings. I've always had a fascination with them ever since I was a little kid. Seeing these somewhat surreal and fanciful paintings depicting the foods that I would be eating later that day. Taco stands, bars and restaurants will make their way on this site as well. This is my tribute to those paintings and the artists that made them. Bon apetit!

no words.
I dont get it.
I believe that this an endorsement by God for the purity (ie. quality) of the meat being offered by this fine truck. See, Jesus is "cleansing" the goat, or "washing away all of his sins" if you will. Some people may interpret that as a road behind his butt, but I think it's his sins sliding right off his ass because of his close proximity to Jesus. The bull has already been sanctified. Cleanliness is next to godliness, and he is so clean and holy that he is God like. It doesn't get any better than that. The majesty of it all makes me feel so small, just like the little itty bitty farmer. Please let me know where you saw this vehicle, so that I can have a pure and holy goat taco ASAP.
I mean its totally amazing. I had no words that would thoroughly express my shock and awe.
this looks gringo-fied. it's hot.
I want a holy taco........
do you think the cow on the right hand side is Jesus cow?
I think Jesus is justing letting the goat know "don't worry little goat you'll get to hang out with me after they're done wit you.. just like this cow. see everything will be fine"
